No, I don't have a job offer or Canadian experience. But with my education, IELTS (8.5) and work experience, I still have enough points. I have hired a lawyer, though. Hopefully that will make my chances better.

You should score as follows: Listening: 8.0 Reading: 7.0 Writing: 7.0 Speaking: 7.0 That will give you 24 points for English proficiency.
