Hi,

Please share your opinion on the following:

What would the processing time in the new FSWP be more or less?
Would one get the permanent residency visa sooner if you work through a reputable representative or will your application get handled like the rest?

I look forward to hearing from you. :)

No one knows what the processing times wil be. It's impossible to guess.

The processing time will be the same regardless of whether you do it yourself or with the assistance of a lawyer.

Comparing to the past, for sure it will be less. It was 3-5 years, now its going to be 12 months.

Hmmm, depends on your file, I wouldnt go through representative if you think that you have points.

Do you have Canadian Experience studies/work, do you have job offer???

No, I don't have a job offer or Canadian experience.

But with my education, IELTS (8.5) and work experience, I still have enough points. I have hired a lawyer, though. Hopefully that will make my chances better.

Wow,

Why you hired a lawyer, whithout job offer its very hard to get PR, if you go through fswp because number for each NOC occupation will be limited and very few people will get PR without job offer. Competition is very high per NOC, and they who has Canadian Job offer will be on advantage to the people without it.

All I can do now is to stay positive and to trust in my God.

Yes of course, but add more effort as searching for a job, making a trip to Canada, or enroll for some studies there.

Staying positive doing nothing its not the way how to immigrate in Canada
