Magkaka iba talaga pag sa Ecas. Mine was In process in June 4 2013. Tapos last August 8 nag PPR ako pero still In process pa din nakalagay sa Ecas. Ngayon lang nag change. nag add ng Medical Received.

Yes bun_ny_18 it's different po. The one you paid when you submitted your application to CIC is the application/processing fee. this one is for Right of Permanent Residence Fee (dati tawag dito Right of Landing Fee). Hope this helps. :)
