That seems about right. Any delays may have been caused by requests form CIC for additional documentation. I know we were delayed by a request for an RCMP Police Check which required an additional set of fingerprints be done and sent in. We were out of Canada when this request came via email and...

You should be able to access ECAS once you have your 8-digit Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number. We got this number when we received the Sponsorship Approval letter.

PR CARD ARRIVED TODAY 70 days/ 10 weeks from May 24 landing in Sarnia, Ontario. OHIP card should arrive in about 1 more month. We started this process April 24, 2012 and application went in August 16, 2012. Long journey but well worth it. Stay positive everyone.
