My ecas changed when my status changed from In process to decision made. The status changed 2 or 3 days after my PPR. Also the home and mailing address are showing same although they are different. The addresses changed long time back even b4 I got my PPR.

Tracker got activated at 19:23 .

I did not receive any emails from CPP-O.

Yeah exactly 1 yr . but ur case is little different bcuz i initally submitted my application to buffalo. Later it was transferred and CPP-O made a mess in handling files from buffalo. Anyways i hope i m done wid this landing thing soon.
