Hello! if that;s the case, you need to write a letter to the case officer on your attempts like what i did for Saudi Arabia. Also have you tried emailing them and attached it in your letter.

Hi prtvm, you need to write a letter on your attemp and if possible any letter from MY DFA with the directives will surely be believable to the case officer. We have the same case in Saudi Arabia having the same scenario and was accepted by our case officer. FYI, we are currently living here...

congrats GoJaysGo! please update us once you've got your passport. We are an applicant from KLVO then transferred to SGVO at PPR stage, submitted our passport last May 26, 2012, yet have not received it back. thank you.

tabang ko ninyo bi..if mag case specific inquiry mi..ang response ba sa agent email or dun sa keyin email address field sa CSI.. wala pa jud amo passport mobalik and my agent advised, please do not worry and nag-send na daw siya ng inqquiry unya takes 6 weeks daw magreply sa inquiry.. :o

the problem is our agent have not receive any email that our case was activated in SG VO.. we've only submitted our passport as per advise by KLVO last May 2012. we will log a Case Specific Inquiry and hoping for good result.
