Seems the time for this thread..all june 2010 applicants, has finally ARRIVED!!! NDVO is now processing MRs for the last batch of MI-1 (June 2010) files..

if u already have any stamped visa (any country and any type) in ur passport, you can expect ur PCC within a day's time from the passport office. else it takes about 3-4 days.

u seem to have crossed the age of 22 (about 2 yrs back) as per the outer limit of dependents age for immigration to canada..specially as u have also shown a break in ur academics and hence not dependent. it is upto the IO to pass his discretion, however i feel that they are usually considerate...

I guess we were required to pay RPRF alongwith our initial application to nova scotia? i remember having attached a demand draft of around $ 1400 then. So why are they asking now again????

add MI-4 to this which opens Jan 2013 and the picture becomes more dismal for NDVO MI-1 pendency..especially so if the annual processing quota at Delhi is not increased...

canim u should have attached some proof (either salary slips or even a salary certificate/ salary offer document from ur employer) with ur application. else it could (hope not though!) an uphill task for u to convince him..

im a MI-1 applicant..initial application to novascotia in june 2010..now that ndvo has updated its processing time to 24 months, just wanted to know if its calculated from the date of initial application filing or date of submission of completed package?

hey jerry my timelines r similar as urs..noc however is different..going by ur caips notes, would it be a safe presumption to assume that my file would also be at a similar stage of processing as urs..?

NDVO MI-2 processing time has just gotten another fresh lease of life..increased from 18 to now 23 months :o..wonder when r they ever gonto complete processing of pre juners..and now seemingly with ottawa losing out on pre 2008 applications dismissal, the processing times are set for further...
