It won't matter. They'll choose whatever office they want anyway. It will most likely be Ottawa, some people have theirs transferred to LA but I haven't actually seen much of that lately.

This happened to us too, after they lost our package, but they found it for us! Anyway, it took a few days for the signature to show up online but we were assured that it would be signed for.
