Hi Partik333, My case is also similar to you. I applied a bit earlier than you on 3rd Aug. My status changed to, "we started........ on Feb 1". Our NOC is also same 3142. I also have not received medicals yet. Don't worry!!!!! We can't do anything except :( :( :( waiting!!!!!
