Bro your IELTS score is good except Writing section moreover very good band in the most difficult Speaking section. I think you need to work little harder on other sections with more concentration in writing then you can achieve very good band.

I'm doing B.E. (Electronics) in final year. My bachelors academic record is; 1st year 73.57%, 2nd year 81.76%, 3rd year 82.99% so the average is 79.44%. Hopefully the percentage will increase in final year. I haven't taken TOEFL yet but I'm intended to score more than 100.

Hey that's not an issue. Actually it is from them, IMM 0008 can be saved after filling in but other forms can't be saved after filling(I think they wanted us to fill those forms by hand writing). You should have look at those forms.
