Anyone applied for Dual intent at St John ? Any one has any experience on the timeline please ?

Applied August 22nd for Lmia in Edmonton. Fees was charged in Sept 2018. No Response after that. When I call service canada, they say that the backlog is dragging the processing time . Its suppose to be 8 weeks for processing and right now they are at 25 weeks. God Help Them , Dont know how...

Applied on the 29th of Sept for a Work Permit along with LMIA. Any Idea how long it would take , as its being processed in India.

Hey Guys, Sent my passport out on the 19th of December 2012, Any idea how long does Seattle take to stamp it and send it back, E cas changed on the 24th to decision made . Any idea's?

Thats what my thought process was , But my Vo asked me for evidence that i have notified my province about the change in status . SO.. no harm doing it , Its just to make sure that u dont leave any stone unturned

You have got to let the Visa office know , where ur application is that ur status has changed and that u would like to know what additional documents are needed. Then u have to notify ur Nomination province about ur change in status as well. The Visa office will let you know what all documents...

MY passport only had a given name and no last name, So i got my passport amended , and got my name rite . That sorted a lot of problems and I would recoomend the same to u :) CHeerz!

Did you check if the Bank Draft was cashed yet?

Oo.. and did it come by regular mail, the " Photo ENvelope" that yuo sent? And how long did it take for them to stamp your visa and how long to get it back? Thx :P :P
