I’m not the OP, but the question the application is asking is whether the applicant, separated or not, has been married or in a common law relationship BEFORE the current (separated) relationship. So the way the OP suggested answering would not be correct.

They do not ask about previous profiles, they ask about previous applications. Those are two different things.

After you have your ECA, make the profile like you did before but with the ECA information.

If you do not have an ECA and/or do not report enough funds, you will automatically get 0 because you are not eligible.

You select “No” because a profile is different from an application. You don’t need to mention your previous profiles, only previous applications (meaning you previously received an official ITA). The same GC key account is fine! I have multiple ineligible/expired profiles on the same account...
