Non-EE PNP programs

Most Express Entry PNP programs don’t require a job offer. SINP-EE - no job offer but your SINP score and NOC must be selected. For SINP, your education must match your NOC and depending on the NOC, you need a license. So you cannot be in retail but have an engineering degree. Each PNP has different streams with different requirements. You need to do research.
I have done believe me, it all converge into having a useless inflated to the neck profession with hundreds of applicants per job which is a developer.
Thats why I aimed at blue collar jobs which arent easy but have some actual need atleast, I came with a set of mind of realizing the dire situation but not minding downgrading my job and salary and work hard just to settle, but even then, canada isnt giving an easy life it seems.

Without being in Canada or having a work permit, you cannot look for a job. Since you seem to be focused on SK, just remember that for the EE-skilled worker stream, your NOC (job experience) must match your education. For many IT NOCs you need a license in SK.

Yes I understand.. and no I am no longer focus on SK due to high processing time and needing to maintain the current job
I will most likely go to manitoba or even ontraio, via EE profile, if the these provinces would allow me to gain points by working any job regardless of my job experience then I will put it on priority

As for work permit, I will have it, its not a matter of question (thats the reason I make this move in the first place).

Manitoba is even more difficult than SK. You need a job offer approved by the Manitoba government even through EE. What is your CRS score?

385 with no candian experiance, I havnt done the IELTS test yet so I assumed score (can potentially go higher), after 1 years of canadian experiance it jumps to 463
If I manage to find a job in my profession (NOCs 3-2-1) and get an LMIA from the employer it jumps to 513

You basically know my situation now, what do you suggest?

Score right now is too low for OINP-EE stream , and also Express Entry. OINP-EE streams are based on score and NOC. Your score may still be too low with Canadian experience and no LMIA. You cannot count on a LMIA as it is very difficult to get. For EE, your work must be skilled. Learn French and you will get ITA. You are guessing what the PNP and EE programs are going to look like in a couple of years. Provinces are shutting/halting/revamping their programs and not accepting people. EE may change to a skills in demand only program. Who knows.

Foreign worker stream - in DIP stage from Jan 17 2024
If you get nominated under foreign worker stream before your current work permit expires, you can apply for a closed WP with the WPSL that comes with your OINP nomination. Apply immediately for your WP with the support letter.

So which province to move? basically its either working on NOCs with TEER 1,2 or 3 and you may get lucky to get picked... or work (and maintain) for 2 years in a blue collar job where your employer have a free hand to take advantage of your situation...
I have checked the score with french test, you need to score average above 250-300 in all sections to get any points, which is unrealistic, you dont get any points below that score.

I don’t know you, your profile, education, how much money you have etc. to tell you where to move. Provinces are starting to scale back on their immigration programs. Some SINP programs are in review. Alberta has paused its non EE program. PEI has its program on hold. Manitoba just announced that focus will be on having family in the province which has upset international students who hoped to get PR through PNP. Hundreds of thousands of international students came here thinking it was an easy way to get PR, and many don’t have scores high enough or PNP nominations.

For EE, you need a higher score. If French is not an option then you need a higher degree and/or LMIA.

For PNP, look at rural, northern and remote areas.

February 13, 2024: The AAIP is launching a new immigration stream on March 1, 2024, to help the province’s tourism and hospitality industry address labour gaps and challenges.

I couldnt find any info about this new program
