From May 2021 -until Jan 2023 ..i got 2 postponed hearings and the 3rd one i got positive decision after 45 days

Hi everyone, i was just accepted as convention refugee,and i am on processnof submitting my application for PR.please advice which one is better,Submitting it inline or submit it through courier thank you so much

After the 2nd hearing postponed they give me new date for 3rd and thats when the decision has been made..IT WAS POSITIVE..

My counsel send me the NOD but the original i am still waiting in the mail box..

My councel send me the letter .But the original i still not send from mail box ..i am still waiting

Hi , i was having a virtual hearing January 23 ,it lasted for 3 hrs including breaks.all questions based on BOC .dates and everything.The judge was so calm .There is somewhere in the middle i was like crying .She just let me relax and ask me to continue when i am ready.she dont give her...
