Yes all AEO (Arranged employment) applicants are exempt from showing any proof of funds.

My passport has been delivered. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet but it was left in the mailbox.

My passport return tracker has been activated as well. It was activated last night - 2 days after Ottawa received it. I should receive it sometime today.

Yes you need to buy two envelops. The one that is being sent to CPC-O need to have your passport, the PPR email and the return envelope with your return address on it.

I got PPR as well. It came last night at 11:40. My eCAS hasn't changed (I don't think it matters) I wasn't asked for pictures either.
