Thanks for your reply. The program is to sponsor your parent(s) or grandparent(s) (PGP) under the Family Class. We received a letter from CIC saying that her application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2016. Thanks.

My mother's supervisa expired and we applied for extension. We received a visitor record document which expires on Jan 2017. The document states at the end that "this does not authorize re-entry" . If she travels outside of Canada to a country other than US, would she be able to re-enter Canada...
