Hi, I got only my HIGHEST DEGREE attested by higher education commission and Ministry of foreign affairs and then took a copy of that. I only sent PHOTOCOPIES of my transcripts and degrees. Nothing more, nothing less. I think photocopies of the transcripts/degrees should work.

@ Raool, have you checked with courier agencies... They are the best ones to clarify coz this is their routine business. Just check with a few and they will themselves let you know whether they are accepting passports for courier or no.
