Can my girlfriend come to Canada after biometrics and claim the visa in Canada? Or does she need to be in the UK where it's processing to claim the copr? Can I change the application from outland to inland? Sponsor approved Biometrics booked for next week

Nothing special. I'm a UK national, been living in Canada 6 years, infrequently though. Sydney is my VO. I wasn't in Canada for about 20 days of the requested dates. They did say they'd make a decision after receiving these documents so we will see I'm sure.

What is considered outland?

After applying for spousal sponsorship with my girlfriend as the main applicant. If we were to then fly to Canada, how quickly could she obtain an open work permit whilst the spousal sponsorship processes?
