    Hi guys! We did our landing yesterday in Carway, AB. All went well, both US & Canada border officers were friendly and accommodating. They just asked for our passports, CoPR and work permits. Thanks for all the help guys!

    Spousal open WP expiring soon but ECAS is Decision made already

    A decision has been made on our file, and we have already sent our passports to CPP-O yesterday, paid RPRF as well but my spousal open work permit is expiring on Oct 17. Should I still apply for SOWP extension?

    I don't think it would cause issues as long as the photos were not edited in anyway. What's your ECAS status? Is it still 'Application Received', 'In Process' or 'Decision Made'?

    The visa office they indicated could be wrong. The case processing center in NS (CPC-Sydney) processes PR card and citizenship applications. CPP-O processes PR applications from US and Canada after being pre-screened by CIO.
