Canadian High Commission gives u right of Post Study Work Permit then why you getting confused, write clearly that you will get one year work permit and then will return back to ur home land..............

you had already a master degree and PGD is lower level than masters.............its like you taking intermediate course after doing graduation so better to get a course that is above master level

yes you can apply anytime but first you need to find a college and course in Canada.........your bank statement is your financial proof well Visa Office of Canada may be at view why you want to go for Canada even u are already in a country where you can get best colleges !!!!!!!!!!!

IELTS is not the requirement of Canada High Commission its only college/ uni...............

I have spent four years in UK and my real sister was also there but i never declared about my Sister..........................double check with ur sister if she did not declare anything about u then you should go on without declaring ur sister name in study visa.............life is full of...
