Hello everyone i know someone who married to a canadian citizen and sponsored by. After landing that canadian spouse came to know that this person married to her only for canadian residency. she inform CBSA immediately. what is the next step? that person will be deported or not? his application...

yes, i faxed and e-mailed long detailed letter to embassy and now waiting for reply. MP are useless, they don't help at all.our passport is expiring in copule of weeks, any idea if we get it back with visa before it expired?
