Hello po,, we have the same timeline,, my mom (LC1) also applied January 2011 and was approved February 2013. The kit was also sent July 2013 but we were able to complete it by September 2013 and until now, no AOR yet,, let's stay positive lng po and tama po c boyblue,, madami pa po naghihintay...
