No, I don't have a US visa. You can search for "flagpole" in this forum to get an idea of how that works. My passport will expire in 2021. So the new work permit is valid for same amount of time on my LMO.

Yes, at that time, it was the same employer. Did your employer apply for an LMO before? It looks like the LMO processing would be faster if the employer has applied before.

My experience back to March 2011 was it took about a week. My LMO at that time was processed in Toronto,Ontario.
