Once you confirm the type of applicant you are in the beginning of the application, you cannot change it, you should have seen the warning then. The only thing you can do now is create a new profile and make sure to choose the correct applicant type ( in your case, express entry)

You don’t need the license to apply but you need to provide them with your license for them to give you the nomination

When did you applied? What is your BS Degree? Did they asked you to do your self-assessment and submit course descriptions?

NOC 2173 and 2175 are not under APEGS. APEGS is only for engg graduates and it takes min 1 yr to get the certificate/license if you are an international engg graduate. I just applied last July 30 and they have not even started my assessment, eventhough I had already submitted all my docs. If...
