I have an update
Received AOR today - Aug 5
(3 emails for each)
PR renewal application (3 in a single envelope) dated April 9.
Hopefully everything will be fine.
You can check your application status in 3 weeks time and it should show process completed and card sent . Then you will get your card in 3-5 days time.

Below are my timelines, anyone in the same boat? This is for the Etobicoke office. Profile still says 'Submitted'. Called IRCC multiple times with no luck. Sent a webform last week and still awaiting response.

CoPR Received - 11th March
Photos/Document Submitted - 26th March
Photos/Documents delivered - 27th March (Based on the tracking details)

Thank you!
I send photos and documents on March 24th and I don’t have any answer yet. I send emails and webforms, but is a list of time. They said we have to wait, the process are slow for COVID.

My friend got mail from ircc to upload pics he got pr same day as mine 24 march and now they created portal for him
Your friend got invited to use the portal even though he had a virtual landing (where they send you your CoPR by email and ask you to print it out and send it with your photo to the local ircc)?
