I've got nothing after :

Yet the hyperlink says Decision Made.... Weird

Same with me.. I noticed I had DM when I logged into ecas on May 26th. But I do not know the exact date when DM was updated. When I click on the hyperlink, it only shows till "We started processing your application on October xx, 2020." No additional lines.

i got the test email i should attend my test from june 11 till july 1st so it is making progress and i am a Windsor applicant

I tried to create new account for tracker but can't find my application number, I don't remember ever recieived anything paper from them, any other way I can find my application number?

Anyone who gave test in May 2021 has received next update by any chance??
I only have test completed status.
I almost felt happy to see email from IRCC but it was just about new login tracker which I signed up last month itself. They thought to send it now lol.

You can do so by calling IRCC

Got so excited to see aby kind of progress but nope, nothing, Does anybody think I should get worried now?

Try to login. I got the same email this morning and I thought it was silly too as I already have created and have been accessing my account through the new tracker.
But when I logged in, there it was, an update: a test invite.

It also says "Read the invitation you will receive carefully". Am I expecting email from CIC with the instructions?

Hi JFK, I am a Windsor applicant too. Did you get a separate email from CIC or just the one stating to follow the tracker for updates?
I just got the email stating to Follow the tracker and when I login, it says Take Citizenship Test (Waiting On You)

vow.. windsor is moving. possibly you would get the email soon on the test with dates. possibly they are working on it to send it. good luck.

i too got that tracker follow email but when i logged in it says that i cant take test now hence surely your status is difference hence test email might be on the way.
