Only guessing/reading between the lines, sounds like decision made and Kyiv office here is just serving the function of receiving, finalizing and printing the visa and COPR, etc. It may be that there are other steps or something more needed, but dont' think they'd move file to Kyiv for that stuff.

Just to note, this prhase in your third letter "The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed " is what makes me think it's an actual decision. But that is a horrible jumble of English and I can't say for certain what it means.

i received 3 letters and i don`t understand why. Maybe you can help. One moment: Warsaw received my application, but when i passed Bio manager propose me stick visa in Kiev. so now i correct understand that my appl go from Warsaw to Kiev???!!!

2) Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXX has been received at the Kyiv OC VAC on 2019-12-23 06:18:00 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the IRCC Office in Kyiv OC ,for processing. Please note this is an auto generated e.mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.- it`s AOR2 ???? - second letter

3) Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXX The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at Kyiv OC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center Kyiv OC. Please note that this is an automated email. Please DO NOT reply to this email. - first letter

The msgs u recived is after giving biometrics they give u a tracking number which is useless and for some reason not trackble its just a standrd automated mail u get after giving ur biometrics same hapnd with me

the letter after biometrics was before these letters, but maybe you're right

Hello, I applied for sponsorship for my wife in August. End of December will be 5 months but I have not heard anything or gotten anything in mail or email. I can't even check the status as nothing has been given. Is it normal to wait so long to not hear anything? I can't even link anything online as it keeps telling me no application found. No you are responsible for your own timeline. Someone must have updated in your row by mistake.

I got married recently and trying to apply for an outland spousal sponsorship from india. Could you let us know if showing a birth certificate is mandatory?

Problem here is hospital i was born doesnt exist for a decade now and doctor is also no more. And when i applied to local muncipal office for birth certificate they have rejected the application saying records doesnt exist.

I have an identity card, passsport and my metriculation 10th certificate. I was born before 1990 and in india metriculation certificate is considered as birth certificate for people born before 1990.

Can i show 10th certificate and write an explanation letter explaining my condition..or is there any other way for showing birth proof?

Any help would be of great help and much appreciated and if i am posting in wrong place please redirect me to the correct link.

Look at the country-specific instructions for India. Right now it has the following:
Birth certificates issued in this country: If a birth is registered late, include a copy of the original baptism certificate and copies of other original documents establishing identity such as:

• Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
• Voter's ID card.

I interpret this to mean that other documents may be accepted if not available, you may wish to add a letter of explanation. But please check in other threads specfic to India, I'm not Indian and have not dealt with this.

I suggest if you proof your intention and you are true in yourself then go for appeal.So far in this process I will get TRV.

Without any refusal reason, it is really hard to say what is the best for next step.

Taking granted... if refusal is based on relationship is not regarded as genuine, reapplying is much easier, faster and less expensive than appealing which takes two years to wait for hearing and at least 5000 dollars court fee.

Guys, i gave my interview about 37 days before today in islamabad pakistan for spousal sponsorship visa after the interview i got the pre arrival service email as well after that i didnt get anything about my case whether its accepted or rejected can anybody tell me how long will it take to answer and if its taking more than normal time who to contact thank You
