Our eligibility period is from 2013-04-15 to 2018-04-15, we arrived in Canada(Got our PR) on 2014-06-027
His current passport validity is from 2014-01-27 to 2019-01-27, so it is not cover for 5 years and his previous passport was valid 2009 to 2014
I just check box YES but in table B, I explained we lost previous one.Is that good answer or I should choose NO and explain in table B.

Seym, what other documents I should provide as you sail he may be in subject to provide additional security?

Thank you all for answer

Can't say honestly. A more experienced member of this forum may have a better insight regarding this.

I believe in Q13 you have to list only Citizenship / PR / Green card.

You should not list any WORK / STUDENT / TOURIST / BUSINESS / MEDICAL / TRANSIT / SEAMAN / AIRMAN / OR ANY OTHER VISA.

Here the logic is if you hold New Zealand PR + Malaysian citizenship. You are here in Canadian PR and wants to apply for Canadian citizenship.

Then Just list NZ PR and Malaysian Citizenship.

No need to mention any Visas.

Correct me If I am wrong.

If anyone has more information. Please share your experiences. As this question is confusing to many.

Thanks a lot

My spouse accompanied me as dependent on Visitor visa and stayed over 3 years as dependent. Could you please let me know if she falls under "Visitor" visa or "Temporary resident permit holder" ?
