WES has sent documents for verification to College/ University.

Hi,

I am facing a lot of trouble in regards to my correspondence with WES. I have sent all the relevant documents mentioned on the website along with my sealed transcripts. WES received all my documents and the evaluation report date was scheduled for 12-June'18.

Now just a few days back I received an email from WES stating the following:

"This is to advise you that photocopies of your documents have been sent to xxxx for verification and that your file has been placed on hold until we receive their written response. If we do not receive a response from them within seven weeks, we will automatically send another request. There is nothing that you need to do."

Now, upon contacting them, they are not telling me that on which mail address/ email have they sent the documents by saying that it is confidential.

It is India and it extremely tough to get things done from a college/ University. Moreover, there are over 20 campuses with the same name. I really don't know what to do?

Has anyone faced the same issue? Some guidance would be helpful.

We are also facing the same issue for my husbands evaluation. The ECA evaluation report was due on June 8, 2018. One alternate that we have tried is give WES al alternate email id on which they can send the documents for verifictaion. We have not yet succeeded with this, and they have taken about 2 weeks and not yet authenticated the alternate email id, but that is the best we are able to do instead of just sitting and waiting for the university to receive the documents for verification.

lol, i faced thesame and i think everyone that went through WES faced thesame, all you need to do is to go to your university that sent your transcript to them and ask them to verify the document they sent to WES and mind you WES has already sent your document back to your school for verification. so you need to do is go to your sch tell WES sent them an email with attached document for verification and it would be done.

so better to with CES, ICAS, IQAS or BCIT ?? right. Please guide which is better among these 4. i am starting my process for edu verification.
my university is not listed in WES website so i dint know what to do now. Pls guide on this

Hi, I'm facing the exact dilemma. I contacted my university, they even showed me their email for correspondence from WES. However, they've received no email for my reference number, although they do have other verification mails from WES to which they replied.

Also, there was no courier from them at my university even after 3 weeks. I feel stuck and helpless. WES doesn't reply to any email I sent them.

WES don't send any document through courier services until the verification is complete and done, if any steps need attention they send it by mail to your sch who sent them the document to ascertain the authentication. so my advice is go back to your sch to recheck their mail again and if that doesn't work contact WES by mail.

My case has been on hold with WES for verification of documents for my MBA since 8th of Aug. However, my institution says they have not received anything from WES either email or postal mail. WES says they cannot do anything in this case. I was wondering if WES will be able to issue me an ECA based on my Bachelors so that I can submit my wife's profile for EE. Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Appreciate any inputs

I am also in the same situation, worst as my college is associated to Mumbai university and I am based out of Dubai now. University has no idea what is required from them. Is the email sent to the university or to your college where you had done your education??

Your credibility is already affected much. So better don't migrate Canada now..Go for Australia.
