Thanks a ton for your reply
Yes both the jobs are under NOC 2171 type A. My primary NOC is 2171. My second job is from 11th april 2016 -still continuing. My first job was from 15th April - 4th april 2016. So just confirming again i hope i am above the 3 yr line??
Just for my knowledge will IRCC consider my first job experience as 11 months or 50 weeks?
Yes it is already 3 years. Don't worry you don't have to do anything special. When you will be filling out EE profile, in employment history section you need to select your primary noc and answer when you first became qualified to do this job. Usually it is when you have graduated from your university. Then you have to fill up details of your employment such as start date, end date, position, company name, number of hours per week etc. You will fill these details of your first job first. After saving it you will see it has been added at the bottom list. Then you need to add your second job details. Save it. After completing other parts of the profile, when you will submit it, system will calculate your points automatically.

Don't worry, you will get points for three years! Good Luck

last the breaker for 441 was Dec 2017. So ppl who entered with 441 after that is chosen before you in the pool. So most likely not but I think that's a good score. So soon man

After submitting your profile you will see your profile creation time and date, it is UTC time. When draw will be announced the date and time of the draw will also be announced, if your profile submission time is even one second earlier you will be considered for that draw. Whether you will be invited or not it depends on the cutoff and tie breaker date and time.

For your information last draw time and date was-
Date and time of round: April 25, 2018 at 12:40:15 UTC
Any one had created a profile on or before April 25, 2018 at 12:40:14 UTC was included in that draw.

Good Luck!

Hello All,

I have an ITA from last week, in the process of preparing documents. I have trouble getting reference letters from my one of my employers.
I am planning to do this, please let me know will this create any problems in future

1) Decline current ITA and with drawing profile
2) Create new profile excluding the employer( Excluding that employer and experience earned from it wont effect my points)
3) Doing this , once I get next ITA - preparing documents will be easy for me.

Guys, recreating profile with different details can be tracked by IRCC, will they concern if I decline the ITA and asks for explanation in future?

Please let me know, thanks.

I think this would be considered as misrepresentation if you do that. simply submit with you LOE to explain why you could not get the reference letter from one of your employer. if your experience has been reduced, the officer will recalculate your points based on your explanation. if it does not affect your score then you dont have to worry

also provide documents where posible
1. provide any paystubs and tax forms as proof you work for this employer
2. signed offer letter which could include your duties and related to the NOC code
3. get a co-worker to provide a reference letter to identify your NOC code and full time work hours and you need this to be notarized so it can be as a proof.
4. provide any employer relationship proof, such as photos, awards, business cards, employee newsletters with your name on it, etc.

I hope this helps.

If removing employer doesn’t make difference in crs score, you can remove it from work experience and mention in personal history.
Explain why you removed and mentioned in personal history through letter of explanation.

Any experience you chose to keep in work experience section should be backed by reference/experience letter as it is considered towards score calculation.

This is my suggestion. Take opinion from others too who actually experienced similar situation.

CRS calculator in CIC website is accurate. Either you entered wrong information when you calculated, or you did now, (out of mistake of course). I suggest you to recheck your application once again if you think you should get more score. Anyhow, 441 was the last cut off so most probably it will go down and you may get invitation. Just check the application once again just to make sure all your data is accurate.
Thank you. I just realized that I counted my score wrongly... I thought it would be 467, but it is 441 apparently. It is not bad at least I got a chance to retake IELTS or something. Nevertheless, I hope the CRS score will go down. CIC increased immigrant quote, and CRS score accordingly. I assume too many people would like to immigrate using EE, that is why CIC keep the score pretty high.

I'm also thinking of the same thing. 3 week gap happened in January and in March. So there's a possibility, knowing that May has 5 Wednesdays.
No, i am not expecting any of that.... Quota just started so why would be there a three week gap, there is no real reasoning to this. I am expecting back to back draw. Could be Friday though.

Can it be possible that draw doesnt happen on 9th??
If it doesn't, then 441 can be expected on 16th may ?
I m being pessimistic.
But i think should consider both sides of coin
Unlikely but possible. If it happens, the cut off will not go down too much. My guess is 440 tie breaker.
