It is recommended to specify the name as mentioned in ECA report which would fend of any ambiguity.

What should I do if,

The ECA report states my degree as 4 years equivalent. But actually my degree is 3 years and I only did 1 year top-up of it. So my since date and to date is from Oct/2009 to Sep/2011. What should I put for the "full academic/ complete years"? 1, 3 or 4?

I think so. However, neither is that explicitly mentioned nor have they stated that HCP stream is closed for now - which they otherwise do.

OINP provided information on how to use the NOI issued after Nov 2nd , they did not explicitly mentioned anywhere that they will definitely issue NOI after Nov 01 and before DEC 2017 but it was a fair interpretation that they will issue NOI after Nov 01 from all of us.
The news was on CIC where they quoted that OINP will start issuing NOI soon .
I guess if they have reached limits on Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream then there is no point in issuing NOI as it will expire in Dec 2017 before they open HCP again .
I guess we will have to just wait and watch .

I believe that they have closed the stream now as they have received sufficient files according to their quota for 2017. I don't think they will send new NOIs for 2017.

Most likely not this year.
They were just taking some to finish their yearly quota.
My assumption is, that they will wait for the end of the year and will start with fresh NOI next year for HCP stream. That way they will know amount of potential applicants and with the tighter time schedule, they do more NOI waves.

Hey guys i am a regular viewer of this blog. I am completing my EE profile but i got confused with a complete academic year. mine total course duration is 5.5years (4.5 years academic+ 1 year compulsory rotational internship) and the graduation date is after the completion of the internship. my eca report is also 5.5 years degree equivalent. guys suggest me what should i write 4.5 or 5.5 years?????

Need your suggestion, I mad my wife as principal applicant she is Secondary School Teacher but for 2 years show was also managing HR activities.

We have CRS 420 but in Jan it will be 418.

I did not receive NOI , even i re created the profile last week.

Suggest me please, should i use another NOC to get noi like HR plus secondary school teacher or is there any hope for ITA

Although the NOI expires in Dec 2017 , the nomination can be processed and issued in early 2018. This means that the timeline to submit is Dec 31st 2017 but the nomination certificate can be used for 2018.
Therefore it will not be a waste to apply for OINP although the quota for 2017 gets exhausted.
