Go to the CIC website (here) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/
Then type 'IMM 5669' into the search bar top right. You should use the Jun 2017 latest version.

I have looked through the website, and didn't find the new version of IMM 5669. The odd thing, I found, filled and uploaded this form 6 months ago and now CIC are asking for it again !

I always keep a copy of all CIC documents, and I was able to open it and check on the file's contents. Now, the document is blank and says update your adobe reader, eventhough all other PDF files are fine !

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?

Hello - after randomly checking my Ecas, apparently I have had Decision Made! Around 4 October. On the same date my BGC changed to In Progress on GCKey. Could you update the spreadsheet? Thank you!

Hi, full timeline is in my signature, but my app was received on 9 May. I was one of the ones that got retained in Mississauga for processing, so not sure if that has sped things up.

My app was received on 9 May then after hearing very little I got an email on 29 August saying my app, which should have gone to London, as being retained for processing in Mississauga. My full timeline is in my signature, if it's any guide.

Search the CIC website as per my earlier post. The latest form is shown as the second search result on the screen. Link here:

You may have to click anywhere on the screen to display the toolbar, then click on the save icon to download. It doesn't display properly on screen for me (apparently a common problem).

JUNE 22, 2017- AOR RECEIVED

JUNE 22, 2017 – CREATED ONLINE ACCOUNT GCKEY AND LINK MY APPLICATION

JUNE 22 2017- REQUEST DOCS: SCHEDULE A

JUNE 23, 2017 – SCHEDULE A Uploaded in IRCC Web form

JULY 9, 2017- SCHEDULE A SENT via express mail

JUNE 30, 2017- SPONSOR APPROVED

JULY 15, 2017 – Additional Documents uploaded status in GC KEY Account

July 17, 2017 – Schedule A Background Declaration received by IRCC and forwarded to CIC, GC Key account has been updated as well. That documents is uploaded.

JULY 31, 2017 – My sponsor received letter and email from CIC informing that the application has been forwarded to Visa Office in London for further verification.

This is what written on my ecas:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 23, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on August 3, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received. (Note: I did a upfront medical on January 21, 2017).
4. We sent correspondence xyz....
Does 2nd line means it's AOR2? Thank you
