Both of us received medical in Feb. 2017. Since then there is no update. Since last 3 months whenever I called CIC they say that my application is in final stage for review. No, Jan 28 applicant here, are you Jan 7th and havent received DM? One thing i saw in other forums some May 2016 people are getting DM today... they will get back 2 to us i believe after a while.

Just called CIC, the lady was nice and kind.

She helped me check my application and find out my security verification has been pending since May, which was my lastest update.

She said she would send a note to the officer and try to notice them.

Hopefully, It can help.

Some members in this thread has been waiting since January 2016.. has been 20+ months for them. Your next step will be waiting for criminality to pass, then you will get Medical request. You can sometimes requesting GMCS notes for detailed status of your application.
