I have done HSSC and SSC from FBISE, now for WES i have got them attested from IBCC and got them in sealed envelop. i have also got my BS degree and Transcript attested from HEC and it is in a sealed envelop, now i need to know, il put those two sealed envelops in one envelop and will send them directly to WES. Is this correct procedure or do i have to do something else. Because on website it says that you have to send it directly form FBISE, i am confused. coz some one told me that as long as they are sealed it dosent matter .

FBISE is for federal board only. If your matric or inter is from federal board then you need to apply it online and they will send it by themselves to WES (it's their process).
If your matric or inter is not from federal board i.e. from sindh, punjab etc boards then IBCC sealed envelope should work and you can put all the envelopes in one big envelope for WES.
Take second opinion as well.

You don't need IBCC for WES if you have done your SSC and HSSC from FBISE. Apply online on FBISE website and they will courier the attested copies directly to WES. You only have to courier your HEC attested and sealed documents to WES by yourself.
I have done my 'O' and 'A' Levels can someone please explain how will I go with "Ask your State Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education to attest and send your document directly to WES." as equivalence certificate provided by IBCC has no detailed mark sheet, obviously cambridge certificate has that so how can I proceed with this?
You have three options. Get your certificate/detailed marksheet endorsed by your school and sealed in envelope or get the same attested by IBCC and sealed in envelope or ask Cambridge to send your docs directly to WES. I have heard all three options work so use your better judgment to choose whatever is feasible for you. Recently a friend of mine got his docs attested and sealed from his school.
I am in the process of getting started on my ECA and contacting my universities for the same. However, I have a doubt. The IQAS "Request of Academic Records" form asks about the dates I attended my MBA for, which was for 18 months. But my degree just mentions awarded in 2013. I started the degree in 2010. How do i get this valiated? I want to avoid stating any false infromation.

You will have to send both the certificate and marksheet of HSSC. On the FBISE website you will have to select HSSC certificate and HSSC part 2 marksheet (part 2 marksheet shows your scores for both years). They will courier the docs to WES by themselves.
You will have to generate a challan form from FBISE website. I got my documents sent in June and at the time they were charging 20 USD per document. You will have to submit the challan along with fee in any HBL branch, then scan the challan copy and mail it to FBISE.
Regarding your query about MBA, I don't have any idea about that. Wait for more experienced members of the forum to reply.

4. after 1 week i got brown envelope from FBISE which looks not sealed (because i couldn't see the stamp & Sign on the opening), the envelope is folded and pinned from the opening, but i didn't remove the pins. after that i came to know i should take the envelope to IBCC. for further procedure.
can anyone give me as am stuck in between as i have to go to IBCC or send the same to IQAS. please help.

How to fill the Chalan form for candidates who are aboard? I am in UAE what shall I put to generate the challan.
I have SSC/HSSC from FBISE ( Both certificates are attested from IBCC ) long time ago in 2012.
I have not Attested the Marksheets yet.
am also in uae...but u know wt....just ask to anybody there in pak to collect your documents original and one set of its copy's give them ur pak id card also and let them go board directly and tel them its for wes. thats all. remain process they know already. they will ask them to deposit the money and then they give you one reference number just follow them by that number. good luck
but dont forget to give them the copy of form, the one u get from wes which is shown the details of your documents the one you want to send them and wes reference number.

Secondly If I have a masters degree from UK. I still have to do this all things because my rest education is from Pakistan?
