Ottawa sent it to Delhi on 11th August.

As per my knowledge, you are in the clear mate, your file is most likely approved already and only formality of PPR is left.
Ottawa sends completely finalised files to NDVO, so nothing to worry, it is around the corner for you mate.

I am at stage BG : NA2 , and i was asked more documents recently , citing they need reference letter from my previous employer (which i didnt even claim points for neither do I have their reference letter with me [but do have hiring letters]) . I only wrote about those employers in my general history.

can I go ahead and attach only the appointment letter and resignation letter? remember i didnt mention these employer in the points scoring category.

Hi, Although I cannot give a straightforward answer/solution to your situation, I'd like to share the letter I wrote to explain why I moved my work experience to Personal History section (after receiving ITA!). You probably can submit all relevant docs along with a letter of explanation.

They did not ask any questions so far for what I did (keeping my fingers crossed). I have now submitted my police clearance certs & have passed meds.

I ______, am applying to immigrate permanently to Canada as a skilled worker after I received an invitation to apply through express entry draw on ** May 2017. I would like to highlight the following updates in my online application with regards to work experience.

I have moved my foreign work experience gained before 10 years to my Personal History section as I cannot claim points under express entry federal skilled worker stream.

I have entered the first month of my work in _______ as June 20** instead of Jan 20** as per qualification exam results date. A pass in this exam is required to practice as a _______ in _______. I have attached my work contract, qualification exam result letter and practicing certificates as evidence to claim points under this criterion. Please note that my oldest (1st) passport number (_____) is mentioned in this exam result letter. I have attached the biopage of this passport under 'Passports/Travel Documents' section.

I have also moved my spouse's (_____) work experience to her Personal History section as her occupation is not eligible to claim points under express entry federal skilled worker stream.

Please note that these changes did not alter my CRS scores.

Are you checking your e-mails regularly and spam folder too?
If still you are doubtful, you can raise a CSE, because there are only 30 days to submit PP, so in case you actually missed it, lot of time will be wasted.

I’ve raised a CSE. Also emailed Ottawa and Delhi. It’s been a week and no response. Email is setup on the phone. So no chance of missing it. And I never thought it would land in spam as their earlier emails properly landed in my inbox. So it never occurred to me to check my spam. Until recently. I kept checking my CIC account every few hour like a moron. Thinking that the account will be the first thing to show an update.

I’ve ordered gcms notes again yesterday. Let’s see.

My last gcms notes were raised on 1st September. It mentions “letter sent and print queue changed to Delhi” on the 9th of August. And “Secondary office assigned Delhi” on 11th of August. And nothing after that. So shouldn’t Delhi be sending me an email after they’ve been assigned my case? And hence there should be an activity after the 11th. But, there isn’t any. 11th August is the last activity. Or are they waiting for me to submit the passport?

I’ve raised a CSE. Also emailed Ottawa and Delhi. It’s been a week and no response. Email is setup on the phone. So no chance of missing it. And I never thought it would land in spam as their earlier emails properly landed in my inbox. So it never occurred to me to check my spam. Until recently. Okay so i think my friend you have missed the e-mail as GCMS says "letter sent".
I would say better call them now, that might help you know that they did send it for sure and what to do next, might as well hasten the process of another e-mail from them.

I did call them last week. At that time the lady told me that she will instruct the Delhi office to resend the email.

I called them again yesterday to clear the confusion. He said Ottawa had instructed Delhi to send the email. They don’t know whether or not delhi has sent it. He said when I called last week they had asked Delhi for clarification but haven’t received a response. Delhi has 30 days to respond. Asked me to call back after 15 days.

Also the last gcms notes I had ordered were generated on 1st September. If Delhi had sent me the email before the 1st of September would it be mentioned in the notes?

The support agent clearly told me that Ottawa has INSTRUCTED DELHI to send me the email. And if you see the notes the last activity is by the Ottaa Office.

Hmmmmmm, indeed if the e-mail was sent by Delhi before 1st September it must have been mentioned.
I think you are good so far both ways, as you have notified them by all possible means. So even if they did send and you missed, so you will be good to go as the Ottawa Office has notified Delhi Office, and even if they did not, this request might trigger Delhi to send it after all.
All is good for you, i think you will get the golden e-mail in next 10-15 working days at max.
