I have one doubt here, do CIC do back ground verification of experience of the dependent as well. Also, do let me know will there be a problem if the dependent resigns the current job before getting the PPR.

Can you help me identify what this means? I'm on NA2 since Aug 8th 2017
This simply means they have received the document and the same has been attached to your file. Whenever you call or mail them next time, do ask about the Visa Office your file is currently being processed at.

I had emailed them a week ago on VO and their reply was "Please note that your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. "

CIO Sydney is not a Visa Office. Your file will move to your Local Visa Office (LVO) or a rare chance of going to CPC, Ottawa. Ottawa is believed to be the fastest of them all, but off late even they have delayed processing.

Oh k... do you know approx how long does CIO Sydney will take to pass it to LVO - estimated timelines?

Well, I can't say for sure. But expect your file to move to LVO within 15-20 Days. The ADR section in your account will change to "not needed" from "uploaded". That is a clear sign of file being transferred. For confirmation of VO, you can call/mail them after a day or two of this status change.

Alright cool... so this is 15 to 20 days from "uploaded" or is it from "NA2" or "Med Passed" or something else?
