Hi All,

I have been a silent follower of this thread ever since my medical got passed and following regularly since then. You guys have been a source of inspiration in these times of stress. I got the PPR email yesterday (August 14th) at 4:06PM Vancouver time.
Here is my time line;

BC PNP Inland
CRS; 1094
ITA: December 16th 2016
AOR: Feb 6th 2017
Medical Passed: April 14th (BG changed to "Next step is to conduct Background Check")
BG IP1: July 25th (never saw it changing to IP1 so I am assuming it went in progress on July 25th, because before that, till July 24th it was " Your application is in progress, we will send you a message once we start background check")
BG NA: July 25th
BG IP2: August 11th
PPR : August 14th

Thank you everyone, I wish that everyone here gets their PPR email soon.
Congratulations!!

Yes, I called them on August 3rd (Same day I got the e-mail), I was told the same thing too. I asked them if I could get another date instead of waiting until 24th August (Landing interview date). Unfortunately I will have to until then and if I don't get the passport back by that date then I would have to call and cancel or re-schedule. Which absolutely makes no sense to me but that's how their processes are designed.

Hopefully will get the passport back by then, based on the current trend for stamping and returning the passport I've zero confidence that I'll make it to the interview on 24th.

Thank you.
I have got the email from Etobicoke for landing interview. Can you please let me know what they are asking if you make it to the interview

Hi Guys,

Need Help!!!

I have sent an email to CPC Ottawa requesting Visa office change for my wife(dependent) as she is in Pakistan, have not got any reply from them yet. I just want to know if I can send my passport to Ottawa or I have to wait for their reply before sending?

Adil, about VO change post PPR, i have sent CPC Ottawa 2 URGENT emails (An original on Aug 3rd and a reminder on Aug 12th) and called 2 times and submitted one CSE since Aug 3rd, and till date no reply, and operator on the phone didnt find anything on file concerning this request. i suggest you send your passport and do not rely on a fast reply..these days also passports will take about a month for stamping in Ottawa the backlog is MASSIVE

They are pretty fast in replying to urgent emails, I would say wait for it but regardless of their answer, you have to send yours to Ottawa
I am thinking to send my passport and will wait till Monday 21st Aug for their reply. If I don't get any response from them then I will contact the MP of our Area for help. One of my friend did the same and he got a reply within 24 hours with instructions to send Passport

Why can't they just reply to these type of emails, they only have to give instructions. It will only take 15 mins of their time, not weeks.

But why they dnt send seperate vo office name based on country of residecy of primary and dependant while sending ppr request.. they hv all info.. and after ppr also we hv to send email to change vo.
so ridiculous
