Do you have scan copies of any visas of your old passport? If yes, then kindly attach them as well in your application.
If not, then kindly mention in LOE that you lost your passport earlier and you do not have the visas for countries that you visited earlier.
Yes , I am gonna explain it in LOE then, Thank you :)

Sushmart15,
I would also like to ask you about POF, currently I have a standing balance of more than 9100 USD (12300 CAD) in my account, however this was deposited on March 15.

If I show them 6 month bank balance, will they ask about this and require supporting documents?

Should I wait until September in order to get 6 months bank balance with minimum required balance or is it ok to apply now with my current balance ?
I seek your advice here ,

Thank you !

You don't have to wait for 6 months.
You must mention or demonstrate the source of these funds - example - if your father has given it to you, then attach a gift deed signed from your father stating that this money (amount) is a gift to you and need not be returned.
Then attach 6 months bank statements along with this gift deed as POF.
If this money has been your savings, then kindly attach your past salary slips or any bank statements which show that this has been your savings.

As long as you show them the source of your funds - they don't care if this money has been in your account for 6 months or less.
All the best.

This money was given by my mother, however, she gave me this money in the form of cash and I deposited into my bank account, so no underlying document to prove the transaction, now regarding the gift dee, will it suffice if she writes a letter indicating that she has given the money as a gift and signs her,? I have problems with official giftdeed, because this cash of hers was bought in black market as in my country you cannot buy foreign currency freely from a bank.

Your views on this ?
Thank you !

Oh..I see. Well, you can type this gift deed on a plain paper and take her signature. Also mention her National ID number or any other ID proof number which will make this letter look authentic. Also attach her photograph and ask her to sign below the photo as well along with the date.

Thank you a lot to you,

This advice sounds great, actually she is a sole trader, and I can even provide some of her business documents to make this look more authentic, is this okay if I provide her business licence, income statement , etc. ? or would this look like I was trying to persuade the visa officer and would eventually look suspicious ?

Not required. Only this signed gift deed is enough. Attach the copy of her national ID proof which shows her signature. This way the officer can cross check the signature and will be assured that this is indeed her signature.

I just read about new eligibility rules in Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Would you know if the international stundets who's taking diploma courses are affected with these new rules?:

Eligibility

To be eligible under the Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream, candidates must:

Have a profile in the Express Entry pool and score a minimum of 400 points under the CRS. The score must remain at or above 400 during both the Ontario nomination processing stage and at the federal application for permanent residence processing stage;
Have a minimum level of work experience;
Candidates who choose to be assessed against the Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC) criteria must have at least one year of continuous and full-time employment experience, or part-time equivalent, in a National Occupation Classification (NOC) level 0, A, or B occupation in the five years prior to the date of the Notification of Interest from the OINP.
Candidates who choose to be assessed against the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) criteria must have at least one year of cumulative and full-time employment experience, or part-time equivalent, in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation in Canada in the three years prior to the date of the NOI from the OINP.
Have a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree OR an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report produced by a designated organization indicating that their foreign education credential is equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD;
Demonstrate English or French language proficiency level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or above in all four competencies (speaking, reading, writing, and listening);
Intend to reside in Ontario;
Possess sufficient funds to cover settlement costs in Ontario; and
Meet the additional criteria under either the FSWP or CEC.

Good Day Guys ,
I received an NOI on my EE profile yesterday @ a late hour from Ontario ...so noticed only few hours back ,when I tried to create a profile under Human capital on Ontario website ,its giving me "Please note that the OINP has reached its registration intake limit for this stream"

Does that mean I missed my chance or There is something I am missing in the process ?

Hi are you sure of this?. I have thr required funds for Ontario since 2.5 months and not 6 months. However i have all the proof necessary to prove that its a gift deed from my mum. Eg transaction details. But my consulting agency is saying that the money needs to be there atleast for 5 months. Really confused. Could you please help if you know about this
