Lot of ppl posted their queries in the forum about property docs or rental agreement.
Plz be advised that they don't even take property related docs or any other supporting docs.
It is from embassy they don't need your bundle.
Just your
Passport original
Bank statement original
Copies of old and new passport with entries and. Visa if stamped any
Marriage certificate if applicable to you in English
Business or employment letter

I have seen 2 weeks ago at their offices they were not accepting any documents other than these listed above

Applicants have been refused for lack of ties to Pakistan when they submitted just the bank statements or a business letter. These documents don't prove any reason to return.

Unless someone on this thread has received a written confirmation from the Abu Dhabi visa office that property/business trading/other financial documents are NO longer accepted for Pakistan applications..... it's best to apply online by submitting all proofs of strong ties instead of paper applications at VFS Pakistan.

Also, from the IRCC website, the Visa Office instructions (including for Pakistan applicants) are very clear..... to submit property ownership, business trading, assets, etc documents. No idea what VFS Pakistan is playing at

Hello Bryanna

Thank you for the reply.
Honestly we applied paper based application. We went to VAC office in karachi Pakistan with loads of paper work with these documents detailed below:

.......Passport original new and old.
.......Bank statement original with maintenance certificate letter.
.......Employment letter certificate.
.......copies of all valid visas and expired with entries and exit.
........property docs including current rental agreements, valuation certificate,
.......marriage certificate.
......my tickets and hotel bookings
......many other supporting documents.

In return VAC office administrator said to me first I would like to see your all paper work for visa submission and then she took the papers out which was 100%shows a strong proof of my ties like property and rental docs plus valauation certificate and other supporting docs and in I asked why she said Canadian embassy no longer accepts these propert bundles even though it was written on the website.

But in addition embassy does said on the website that you can submit applications through our clients VAC and they will check your all paper work before submitting.

One thing is clear VAC in PAK are authentic representatives and they have been instructed from Canadian embassy.

Approval or refusal they can evaluate through our application else they have right to do anything they want by VO.

But luckily I did mention in the cover letter about my financial ties.

If they need additional documents i can submit in less than 24 hours because it is ready if they need them and we can also tell them that what we have been instructed from VAC for not to submitting the so called property bundles lolzz

Sorry but true

Hi,

VFS Pakistan has no authority to decide which documents must be submitted or not. They are paid just to check that the application forms are signed, passports are valid, photographs are of the correct specifications, etc.

All other visa offices across the world would like to see an applicant's strong ties to his/her home country. That forms the very basis of an assessment - whether an approval or refusal. It is NO different for applications from Pakistan.

There were Pakistan cases recently that were refused for lack of strong ties simply because VFS Pakistan had refused to accept their property/assets/business documents.

Also, in nearly all cases, the visa office will NOT ask applicants to submit additional documents to prove your strong ties later. One must submit every possible evidence/document at the first go.

Like I have mentioned earlier, unless a couple of applicants get written information from the Abu Dhabi visa office that proofs of strong ties should not be submitted at VFS Pakistan centres, I would apply online instead of risking TRV refusals by submitting paper applications at VFS Pakistan

Cheers

And I read article of someone that definition of ties to your country is not highly recommended in few visa application cases.
It only valuable when you are a new applicant or a applicant has no travel history
Like Usa visitor. Visa doesn't require property docs at all . They only see your application and interview which normally they ask about yourself not your financial.

I have seen applicants who they don't have financial income except from job and got the visas.

Wrapping up all the comments one thing is good about you by saying that why VAC Pakistan telling us different things as compared to your valid link .

I will send them email very soon to let them know what is the requirement of paper based and online based appplication

Thank you Bryan for everything

My long comments is to let everyone knows about pros and cons of putting an application and all ppl should know how we are experiencing from VAC and online

Contrary to what you've said, TRV approvals are based on strong evidence that someone will return home. Applicants have been refused even if they are not "new" to IRCC, while other applicants have been approved even without travel history.

Pakistan TRV applicants are no exception to proving their strong ties regardless of what VFS Pakistan says. In addition to this, we have noticed that background checks have increased significantly for Pakistan applicants in the last few months.

US and Canada are two different countries with two different sets of visa processes/evaluation.

One basic difference: US visas include an interview, Canada's TRV process rarely requests an interview.

The IRCC website provides guidelines - for every country - to help applicants to prove genuine purpose of visit + their strong ties, etc etc. The visa office instructions for the Abu Dhabi visa office (Pakistan applicants included) clearly specifies these suggested documents.

The IRCC website would have stated there is no need to submit property/assets/business documents if it is the case. No idea why this information has not been posted.

I have seen applicants who they don't have financial income except from job and got the visas.
These could be one-off cases where the applicants have demonstrated other strong ties. Each case is unique.

Besides yourself, there are other posters who have posted their experiences (good or bad) at VFS Pakistan

We can only email to embassy because it is the embassy who appointed them for receiving paper based applications not by us

And I think online would be a better option instead of VFS centers

May be this is the reason ppl have been refused don't know

But if mostly refusing because of their ties then it may be a issue which I am raising

Anyways I will wait n see what they going to decide after the decision I will be the person who will email them for the confirmation of these docs so other person don't feel helpless.

Second thing most ppl listen but don't take actions one must stand up and email or call them because this can be an issue for majority who don't get successful

Thank you for the good wish bryaana

Whether I get trv or not doesn't make any matter to me but I will pray majority people should start thinking and let the concern knows

Because some people gets hurted when they plan for something good and that never happens

Lolzzz like my freind cried a lot on his U.K. Refusal. I explained him very calmly that for small thing life never stops and now when sometimes when we discuses he says. I was so stupid and immature

So all my fellows don't hurt yourself ever never for very very small things .if one option fails use your next plan this is how life will makes your a complete suceesful person

May god bless you all take care
