Forget about sinp once you received nomination, you are under federal now.. CIC/ CIO..

AOR1 is the same as AOR you received but this time it will be FROM LOCAL VISA OFFICE..

NO,.its all depends on your local visa office.. in my case I didn't received FT /AOR2 and received MR 2 months from AOR1.

Check your application again. I can see from my application that they have changed it again and now it is showing "If you need a medical exam, a message with instructions will be sent to you.".
