Medical Request: 1 Feb 17
Medical complete: 10 Feb17
Resume Request: 21 April 17

If still won't work then try to cancel representative

You are not alone. My GCMS also shows PS. Usually after your medical is cleared it goes to PS. After which I expect it to be a file transfer to Ottawa. FYI mine changed to PS on 23rd March and as per my 10th May GCMS my file was still in PS.

But my file transferred to ottawa in January nd i got medical request on March 1st
Nd my criminality still in process frm last 7-8 mnths..

They ask CV and publication list from most of PNP Iranian applicants and unfortunately you need to wait at least 6-12 months from now as July 2015-Dec 2015 are still waiting for a decision.

But in my case its always in process i got 3 GCMS notes nov, dec, april in all of them its in process
My medical passed on 18 march 17
I called them 2 weeks ago they said
medical passed,
criminality in process,
security not started
