I think its only take 2-3 weeks to get ur pp back after medical done,
Can u please tell me how long it took to get medical request, I applied on March 22, 2017 don't know when will get medical request for my parents,

My case was different then all of other ppl on this forum. My parents applied on 09 december. They did not receive medical request then ordered gcms and then asked for a medical request as for some reason we did not receive any email for medical. Now they have completed there medical abt 3 weeks ago. status changed to medicals passed. It was a paper based application

When did u apply ? The next step should be medical request which normally take 3-4 weeks

Hi everyone I applied for my parents super visa from Islamabad ( paper based) , how I can check the status of application as on CIC website for application status as it's not showing anything for supervisa and I tried through visit visa but still it's not opening don't know how get updates? Please anybody can help me out I have file and UCI number of them which I received from CIC Dubai office

Hello Anwers thanks for ur reply , I tried to link my application but failed as it says we didn't find match, I am not sure that what class I should choose I choose type temporary visa and under sub category there is no super visa option, can u please let me know which type I have to select and what will be the sub category?

Super visa comes under temporary visa where staying period is more than six months

Hello everyone.

Experienced advise needed.

I am applying for super visa for my parents. But the issue is that their passports might not be available for the next 4 months because they have to submit these somewhere.

I am concerned about 1. What alternative document can be used for identity if medicals called
2. If Paasport request arrives, can we request CIC to submit the passports with delay. Is this acceptable to them?

It varies. Like we got a PPR after 14 days. For some it even took 2 months. And referring to your earlier query. No, you cannot submit the passports with delay. The PPR document clearly states to send the documents within 30 days of this request otheriwse your application will be refused.

Thanks for your reply. I believe my application was submitted in the second week of April. Hopefully I'll get medical soon. Does Medical and PPR comes together or separately?

I online applied super visa for my mom and dad on May 3, biometric done on 5th may medical done upfront. Waiting for PPR

My parents finally got their supervisa. The surprising thing is that both there passports had the same issue date and same expiry date. but somehow my mom got a 4 year visa and my dad got 10 year visa.. Also I noted that my moms counterfoil visa was stamped in abu dhabi (says issuing authority abu dhabi) where as my dad's passport was stamped in Islamabad and is valid for 10 years. THIS IS VERY WIERD. both applications were sent together. Medical etc were all done together.
