hello friends, i have a query kindly help, i am the primary applicant and my husband is on student visa in canada,after i recieve an ita do i need a pcc and medicals for him again as he had done them in august 2015. and his student visa is valid till sep 2016. i m very sure i will get a ita before that. kindly help.
You have not specified here properly. I believe you are talking about PCC from India. If your husband has never went back to India after Aug. 2015, then his Indian PCC is fine. However, I feel he will need to do his medicals again after ITA.

Every provinces' rules are different and it would be difficult for me to mention everything. Please visit the website of the province to know more.

Here's a list :

SINP ---> http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry

NSNP ---> https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/

PEI PNP ---> http://www.gov.pe.ca/immigration/index.php3?number=1052516&lang=E

MPNP ---> http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate/

NBPNP ---> http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/New_Brunswick_express_entry.html

As for OINP, please visit this post --->

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-ee-human-capital-priorities-stream-comprehensive-guide-t396543.0.html;msg4952833#msg4952833

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL.html

Thanks. I ve gone through the links and guides. Following are my conclusions (Please correct me If I am wrong),
1. Saskatchewan PNP. Required points 67/100. Quota without job offer= 500, For 2016, this quota has already expired. Only selected occupations can apply.
2. Nova Scotia PNP. Required Points. 67/100. Quota without job offer= Unknown. For 2016, they are not accepting any applications. Only selected occupations can apply.
3. Prince Edward Island PNP. No detailed and clear information on their web.
4. Manitoba PNP. Quota= Unknown. For 2016, this quota has expired.
A Friend or relative is required to show connection with Manitoba.
Last Draw minimum points were 568. Close relative or friend gives 200 points. Without these you cannot get points more than 400.
5. New Brunswick PNP. Quota without job offer= 425, There are few questions regarding this pnp program,
a. If you have EE profile and you fulfill New Brunswick eligibility criteria with required points, What you will ve to do next to apply for PNP?
They will select and send interest letter by their own or you have to do something?
b. Is it necessary to have a connection with NB, or to have attended an information session?
c. For 2016, have they announced their quota? If so, then Are they accepting applications?
d. Have they any occupation in demand list? or all occupations (o,a,b) are accepted?

Seems like our only bet n hope is Ontario...........

Why do you want to do it that way? Even if you do it, you still will have to explain the source of funds for the deposit. It is not only the certificate that you need to submit, you will also have to submit letter from the bank which states the date of account opening (all types of accounts) and the balance in each account.

The basic requirement for proof of funds is that the funds should be readily available and it should be unencumbered. You will have to explain to the case officer the reason for the sudden inflow of funds to your account, so that the case officer is convinced that the funds did not originate from a loan.

Whom are you borrowing the funds from? If it your parents/siblings, then you need to get a Gift Deed executed which states that they have gifted that amount to you for immigration purposes and they do not expect it to be returned by you.

that is fraud outright, they do check for funds multiple times in the process if they're suspicious.
besides, how do you plan to settle with no money?

hi Stanlee,

Thanks for your response. Can you please shed some light on the gift deed. How should i get it done. I m borrowing money from my sibling. Also, I have an education loan from a different bank. Should i show that one also. I have planned to show only one bank statement where I can park the money for sometime.

You need not show the loan unless and until asked for. You can show the statements of the account in which you will park your funds. For Gift Deed, you can refer to this link http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/gift-money-declaration-from-father-to-son-outline-t347593.0.html

If you have the courier/postal delivery confirmation, then you can be rest assured that the package has been received by OINP. Once OINP clears the backlog, they shall look into your package. Once they are sure that all documents are submitted (not completeness check), they shall send you Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) along with receipt for processing fee (CAD 1500). Once the AOR has been issued, OINP takes up to 90 days (current trend) to do a completeness check and if everything is fine, they shall issue a nomination certificate.

For your information, I got my AOR after 111 days since the package had been delivered to OINP.

Wow. That's crazy. Anyways. Thanks

I thought it was 90 days from the receipt of application. It's what they say in their FAQs. Let's see.
