I applied Visiter visa for 10 days in june 2024 month for alone.
I know that you applied for Visitor Visa, but what was the purpose or trip? like family visit? tourism? business trip? conference? etc
In the end of day, your purpose of trip should make sense with your profile.

Tourism only
Thats a clear red Flag. Going for tourism in Canada, without family and will spend 10 days and half of your savings for tourism is not convincing to the officer.
Raise your funds, strengthen you travel history (With family) and apply again with family. Next time write a statement that you have traveled to A B C countries for tourism with family and now want to tour Canada for toursim. Good luck.

As already mentioned it doesn’t make sense to spend a large portion of your savings to visit Canada for 10 days. Given the economy in Pakistan and the volume of Pakistani citizenship trying to claim asylum in Canada or travelling to a Canada to Canada as visitors with the goal of finding employment in Canada I assume there where concerns that you were not a genuine visitors. Assume there is a good chance that you wanted to come to Canada to hopefully secure a job offer and then apply for a WP.

VISIT
MY sole purpose for visiting Canada is tourism and to experience the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty your country has to offer. I have no intention of seeking employment or overstaying my authorized period of stay. I am fully aware of the consequences and legal implications of such actions, and I am committed to abiding by the immigration laws and regulations of Canada.

Furthermore, I understand the importance of returning to my home country after my visit. I have strong ties to Pakistan, including my family, my stable employment, and my involvement in community activities. I have attached supporting documents, such as employment verification letters, property ownership documents, and evidence of familial responsibilities, to substantiate my claims. These documents demonstrate my deep-rooted connections to my home country and my determination to return upon the completion of my visit.

What was your travel itinerary? You were refused because:

• Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.
• You have limited employment possibilities in your country of residence.

It seems your “stable: employment does not give you an income that matches the ability to travel to Canada. Assume you have been in your job for many years and had approved leave but your financial situation doesn’t not seem stable to IRCC.

Hi everyone ... So i applied for a canadian tourist visa and wanted to visit for a total of 7 days but was refused based off on below statements...

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, based on the length of your proposed stay in Canada.
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:

Mind you i had already booked the hotel i will be staying with proof, the return flight back to china coz I have a decent job in China where i get paid an equivalent of around $3400 monthly and i have been working there for 4 years now and also had an amount of about $25k in my savings account. Mind you , i have been to the United Kingdom for 5 days on tourist, Singapore 4 days, Macau 1 day, Japan 5days and the Philippians4 days without any hustle. Most of my travels have been within 5 tp 7 days limit.
If anybody can help me understand the reason behind the rejection i did really be happy..

What supporting documents did you provide to support your application? Did you fill out the IMM5257 forms listing all the countries you have visited? Which country are you from and when was the last time you visited your home country?

Living in a third country can make it challenging to obtain a Canadian visa. Sharing the supporting documents that you used may provide us with more insight into what could have been done differently. Alternatively, you could request your GCMS note to better understand the situation. By the way, did you include your payslip and tax certificate in your application? I ask about the IMM5257 form because I understand from a consultant that without filling it out, the visa officer may not know which countries you have visited. It's important to include a cover letter as well.

What did you mean by the equivalent of 3400k/month. Do you have family in Canada and how did they get status in Canada? What was the purpose of your visit to Canada and how long did you request to visit? Have you ever attempted to study or work abroad or immigrate to another country other than China?
