oh i see can you tell me
Accounting Support specialist comes under noc b or not ? please
Already posted in another post. If NOC 14200, Accounting Clerk then that is TEER 4 and not eligible. If spouse is an accountant, then eligible. You can try again and see if successful. Maybe IRCC will consider under new policy.

i am very much tensed about my current situation
i will reapply lets see if they approve & side by side will ask my spouse to switch Analyst Position so that in future we can apply with noc b
So does her job letter match an Analyst‘s NOC?

Yes it’s Matches with Analyst .. most of the responsiblities are noc b
So ask for a new letter with the NOC listed & appropriate title. Should not be an accounting title. If responsibilities aren’t changing then nothing changes from past application. What NOC was listed in the refused application?

Post the job duties in the letter. IRCC already refused the letter saying it is not an eligible NOC so how will another application change the NOC? Salary must meet NOC’s median salary too.

Salary is 26/hour how much should be the salary for noc B,
You keep focusing on skill level. Nothing to do with skill level. Focus on the 5 digit NOC. I don’t know what it is for business analyst.. Job responsibilities match a 5 digit NOC code. Salaries match 5 digit code.

Hi Everyone, Yesterday i got refusal for my open work permit visa which i had applied for extension on 30th Dec 2022 one day before of expire of my SOWP permit expire date - 31st Dec 2022, On 29th Dec 2022 we went to flagpole to get my spouse PGWP.

Reason for refusal
[X] After considering all the circumstances of your case, it has been determined that you are not a person whose employment will create or maintain significant employment, benefits or opportunities for Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
You have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that your spouse is employed in an occupation that falls within the National Occupation Classification Skill level of 0, A or B. You may be eligible to re-apply for a work permit if you are able to provide proof that your spouse is a skilled worker in Canada, which may include a letter from your spouse’s employer, stating his/her job title, duties, and salary. If you cannot prove that your spouse is in a skilled occupation, your application for a work permit cannot be approved without a Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada.

I am not sure not sure about refusal
I have provided employment document of her every NOC B job eg. her employment offer letter, employment reference letter with written my NOC code and job title duties, her study permit related as well. but still got refused is there still anything else that i need to include for proving her NOC B job ? or they check the Main applicant PGWP issue date i applied for my sowp extension next day when she got PGWP via flagpole

Please any suggestions or info would be really appreciable.

Hi everyone, today I got the refusal for my spouse with the similar reasons as below :

After considering all the circumstances of your case, it has been determined that you are not a person whose employment will create or maintain significant employment, benefits or opportunities for Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

You have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that your spouse is employed in an occupation that falls within the National Occupation Classification Skill level (TEER 0, 1,2 or 3) or previously of 0, A or B.

I have provided all the documents with my job offer letter and clearly stating duties with NOC codes.

Should I apply for reconsideration or should I apply for new application?

It also status that your status is valid it (certain future date). Does it mean that she has a valid status and can continue working till the day or should she apply for restoration of status?

Your suggestions and thoughts will be very helpful.

Thank you.
