You are supposed to email them with your name, date of birth and DCN number. You should be able to find your DCN # on the receipt you received from your fingerprinting agency. You may start to email RCMP after 10 business days, That is what I have been told.
Thanks! how long after you emailed them did you get a response?

1)Click on the link in the pdf. It will take you to a website.
2)Input application id and uci to login. You will need to complete questionnaire.
3)At the last step, you will click on a button to send the test link to your email address.
4)Go to your email inbox. Click on the test link to start (take photo of Id, your face, etc.).
Good luck

I became a Canadian citizen a long time ago, but my mother applied in May, 2022

Location: Markham
Physical Days: 1792
Method: Online
Applicants: Single, 1 applicant
Application sent: May 15, 2022
Delivered: May 20, 2022 (Acknowledgement of Receipt)

She is over 55 and is exempt from English language and knowledge requirements. I was the one who filled out the application and I named myself as the representative for this application.

wow. I am just surprised to see that the processing time for online applications is extremely slow compared to the paper applications.

Have you had any progress on your mother's application since getting AOR?

No updates, I have no idea why. She has so many days of physical residence (she was only absent for 33 days in 2019 and that is it) and is working all along even in the pandemic.

I suspect the only thing strange about her application is the fact that her passport expired on 2021-07-20 and didn't get a new one until 2022-03-18 (Chinese passports are extremely hard to get and involve many documents | the consulate was shut down as well). So maybe the citizenship official processing it thinks it is odd, but I did say that for COVID reasons, she wasn't able to renew her passport for an extended period of time (and all that time, she was in Canada).
