Hi, i trued YCP program from outside Canada, can anyone please guide me further???

Thanks Hydrakanth, Ive been through the whole process but in every job that i search there is this condition of having legaly authorized to work in Canada, which means that anyone either living in Canada as a student or PR can apply for this program. i dont understand why would they do it. People outside Canada think of it as open for all nationalities which isnt the case i guess. please guide

Don't get the part when you apply for these jobs in the yukon on cic job board it almost always says don't apply if you're not a p.r or citizen. How can some one from outside Canada apply to this ycp if this is the case. I some times wonder if this is where those sleezy agencies who charge ridiculous amounts of money to desperate people come in to the picture. As I see still most companies don't won't to get involved in hiring process even though limas are not even required in this program.
