Hi everyone,

I need help filling out the Your Travels form. What is counted as travels? If I travelled between Canada and my country of origin multiple times, but not anywhere else, should I report those trips?

Thanks very much!

No....The requirment states that any travel outside your country of current residence or where you are citized should be mentioned...
But for you if you have only travelled between Canada (where you are residing currently) and India (Where you are citizen) I dont think you need to mention that....

Extract from Guide:
'List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

If you did not travel outside your country during this period, check “did not travel”. '

Isn't that supposed to mean travels INSIDE country of residence/origin? If you have travelled FROM residence TO origin that counts as travel as it has been a trip "outside contry of origin or residence" (basically if you have left residence/origin the destination is irrelevant).

So from my understanding the trips FROM origin TO residence should be listed.... (and that is a headache for us who travel a lot back home).

Thanks, I guess I should include all the trips from Canada to my country of origin and vice versa to be safe?

Thanks!
