- I sent my request for withdrawal on March 11 (Saturday) and received an automated acknowledgement email the same day.
- On March 13 (Monday) I received an email saying:
“ We received your withdrawal request. The application is already in process and the process will be interrupted.”

- When I look at the On-Line Services Client Application Status page, my application status says “In Process”. When I click on it, the last sentence says:
"We withdrew your application on March 14, 2017 and your file has been closed."

Does that mean that the withdrawal has been processed so that I can submit a new application ?

Or should I wait to see that the Status changes from “In Process” to “Complete” ? Will they send me another email confirming that withdrawal process is complete ?

Sorry for bothering the forum again but as no one made any comment on this, wondering if my question was not clear enough, or is it not worth any answer? :)
