The guy told me that they are actively working and it's possible that they already started the security and criminality in background but it's not reflected.

Medical Passed April 14
Bio has done - All while doing work permit
Bg changed to your application is in progress somewhere May
Called IRCC May 17 after my first GU - Agent told me Eligibility passed
Nothing after until today...
